The "I don't know!" Careers Card Game challenges players to think of an answer to each of the 45 questions asked. The questions are designed to help players become more self aware, consider their future and what employers are looking for.
 
Questions include things like:
Name one skill an employer is looking for
If you could remove one lesson from your timetable, what would it be and why?
Describe a time you were proud of yourself
 
... and 42 others!
 
The rules are simple and the game can be played in careers one to one sessions, in peer partnerships or as a class. They have also been used at open evening's on the "careers stand" where if students answer a question without saying "I Don't Know!" they get a goody. This works well as a conversation starter.
